APoster 由核碁有限公司（以下稱「我們」）提供，協助商家產生、審核並發布自己的社群貼文。

1. 我們從 Facebook／Instagram 取得的資料

• 你授權後，你管理的粉專清單（名稱、ID），用來讓你選要連結哪個粉專；只儲存你選的那一個
• 你選的粉專的存取權杖，用來代你發布你審核過的貼文
• 你綁定的 Instagram 專業帳號的名稱與 ID
• 由 APoster 發出的貼文的讚數、留言數、分享數與點擊數（只有數字，不含留言者的姓名、個人資料或留言內容）

2. 怎麼使用

只用在發布你核准或排程的貼文、在「學習成效」顯示成效、改善之後的貼文草稿。不用於廣告，不出售、不分享給第三方。

3. 存放

每位客戶有獨立的系統與資料庫，資料存放在我們位於台灣的主機，每天備份。

4. AI 服務

貼文草稿由你設定的 AI 服務產生（Google Gemini、Anthropic Claude、OpenAI、xAI，使用你自己的金鑰）。送給 AI 的是品牌設定與主題。不會把讚數、留言等數字或任何 Facebook 使用者資料送給 AI；成效只會轉成「哪些主題表現較好」的主題名稱，讓 AI 參考方向。

5. 申請試用時提供的資料

公司或品牌名稱、聯絡人、Email、電話與備註，只用來開通、聯絡與寄送服務通知。

6. 保存期限與刪除

你可以隨時在品牌設定按「中斷連結」，我們會立即刪除權杖；也可以在 Facebook 設定移除 APoster，或寫信給我們要求刪除全部資料，我們會在 30 天內完成並回覆。詳見刪除資料。

Privacy Policy

APoster is provided by 核碁有限公司 ("we"). It helps businesses draft, approve, and publish posts on their own social media accounts.

1. Data we get from Facebook/Instagram: after you authorize, the list of Pages you manage (name, ID) so you can choose one — only the selected Page is stored; that Page's access token to publish posts you approved; the name and ID of your linked Instagram professional account; reaction, comment, share, and click counts of posts published by APoster (counts only — no commenter names, profiles, or comment text).
2. Use: only to publish posts you approved or scheduled, show performance in the Learning page, and improve future drafts. Never used for advertising, never sold or shared with third parties.
3. Storage: each customer has an isolated system and database on our servers in Taiwan, backed up daily.
4. AI services: drafts are generated by the AI provider you configure (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, xAI, using your own API key). We send brand settings and topics to the AI. Engagement counts and any Facebook user data are never sent to AI providers; performance is only turned into a list of better-performing topic names to guide future drafts.
5. Sign-up data: company name, contact name, email, phone, and notes are used only to provision the service, contact you, and send service notices.
6. Retention and deletion: click "Disconnect" in Brand Settings to delete the token immediately; remove APoster in your Facebook settings; or email us to delete all data — completed within 30 days. See Data deletion.
